PayPal/Ebay help? ?

I won an Item on ebay last night and payed for it immediately as I always do. This morning, I checked the status of it to make sure everything went smoothly and next to the item i bought, where there is supposed to be a dollar sign highlighted after payment, there was an hour glass. I signed into paypal and looked at the transaction, it said

"Type: Payment. Payment to: (sellers name), Status: Unclaimed. Amount: -$55.00."

then another line said "Type: Transfer. Payment to: (same sellers name.) Status: Completed. Amount: $55.00.

What is "transfer"?

Why are there two transactions and one being -55 and the other just 55?

It only means that they have to log onto their paypal and Claim your payment. You have done everything correctly. The seller just needs to log on and hit the Claim button. Maybe send them an email to remind them. No worries!
