PayPal Help!!!!!?

Question

I signed up with Ebay and few weeks ago, followed by PayPal. With PayPal i put on there my Bank Account details but not my card because it keeps giving me an error message and that i have to contact [e-mail]. Anyways in the past few weeks i have sold and bought at auctions no problems whatsoever, i still have 2 outstanding orders to fill in. I have enough money in my Bank Account but none in my PayPal account. When i print a postage label on PayPal for collections and payments for my recent selling item, it keeps telling me to Add Funding Source, Why? I already have a Bank Account on there with enough money in and i cant put my debit card in because of that error. In the past few payments and collections i havent recieved this message beforem, so why now??? What do i do??? Help???

Because you need money in your paypal account to ship things. They can't take it from your bank account because that will take too long.
