PayPal Question, What is further recourse?

I sold a shirt to someone on eBay and after having it for over a week he decides it has a stain on it and wants his money back. After filing all the claims, etc, PayPal of course sides with him. PayPal claims that if the shirt is sent back to me and it is not in the same condition that I sent it to him in there will be further recourse. Does anyone know what the further recourse will be?

Probably that they will grant the guy a FULL refund and you'll be screwed. Seriously PAY PAL sucks!!!! I don't trust them at all with anything. The SAME thing happened to me they put a hold on some of my funds I sent the item out and the person said they never received it so guess what.. NO money & They got a free sweater!
