PayPal Question?

Question

1) Let's say I send $100.00 to another paypal account. How would the other person withdraw the money?

2) Does paypal offer any form of buyer protection? I know buyer protection applies to eBay.

1) To have a paypal account, it must be linked to a valid bank account.

2)  Did you actually buy anything (service, item, etc)?  If so, you are covered.  You must file a comlaint, and they act as a liason.
