PayPal account, I have a checking account; its where all my stuff goes for my banking. But ??

I don't have cheques. I don't use them. I'm 18, I use my debit and everything is in my checking account.

How in the h**l am I going to get my transit number and institution number without waiting til morning to go get a cheque from the bank ?

Nothing you can do you have to wait, paypal takes a couple of days to get to your account anyway, sometimes as long as 2 weeks. The only thing you can do is if you know someone who uses the same bank, get the routing number from them it is the same for everyone that uses that bank, not individual like account numbers.

Scotiabanks institution number is 002, the transit number is unique to your branch and can be found by going to Scotiabanks branch locator;

and typing in the city you live in, then click on your branch and it will show you (among other details) the transit number (a five digit number) for your branch.
