PayPal and eBay Help?

Question

I purchased an item and wanted to return it.

The seller gave me a refund before I returned the item.

What would happen If I did not return the sellers item?

the seller opened unpaid item dispute,,,,,,

You should return it, the reason the seller did the dispute thingy is most likey she made an error by sending the refund.  YOU SHOULD SEND IT BACK, it is the honest thing to do, and it will be worth the hassle your gonna be going thru if you don't.
