PayPal buyer credit?

I don't have a credit card or bank account, I've got the PayPal 100 hacks and tips e-book from demonoid, anything else I can download?

I want to be approved and verified. It needs a ssn, but I'm not sure if I have one. Helpppppppp

PayPal buyer credit is a form of revolving consumer credit.  If you can't get a credit card, you can't get PayPal buyer credit.

Do yourself a favour, and go get a credit card first.
