PayPal credit cards?

I recieved an ebay gift certificate but it seems that I need Paypal account to use it and also a credit card. I'm too young to use a credit card, so is there a way that I can use the certificate anyway? thanks

eBay has live customer support. Go to the main eBay page and click on live support. I am sure they can quickly answer your question.

You can get a reloadable prepaid mc or visa and register it, also you can contact paypal and ask them how you can set up an account to use your gift certificate, there customer support will be able to solve this for you/
