Paying for baggage at the airport (RyanAir)

Question

I recently booked flights with RyanAir and I forgot to select the 1piece of baggage option which cost £16.00.

I would just like to know if you can pay for your baggage at the airport?

Log into the Ryanair website using your booking referance etc and go to "manage booking" you can then add baggage there.
