Paying for health care services?

insurance is so expensive, and doctor visits are not cheap either...what do you think?

Not sure what you are asking but if you are young and healthy buy a health insurance policy to cover you for the large medical bills, get a high deductible. With a high deductible you still get the advantage of paying the insurance companies negotiated rate for the doctor visit. If you have a low income you may qualify for a free clinic in your area or a state sponsored plan.
