Paying when people call me? 10 points!?

Question

Hi I was interested in getting a phone to run assist my website in customer support.

Now I don't know much about phones so fill me in pelase. If someone calls me form long or short distance do I get charged anything?

Everytime I send an email do I get charged? Or can I just include that in my plan.

I am flexible in buying any phone as long as it has a qwerty keyboard to answer e-mails.

yes you do pay when people call you, but not because of call waiting. you dont get charged by single emails, as long as you have a plan. in my opinion, i say your the right type of guy for a blackberry curve. its really handy with a camera, internet, and a full keyboard. i hope i helped!
