Paying with paypal on ebay??????????

im 13 ( i know im not supposed to be on ebay but i got a feedback of 64) i want to know if i start a paypal account how are the fees?? are they monthly when you buy or sell with it or they bill you monthly whether or not you had any account activity? i buy from ebays so if i put my name as the person to send the bill to will my mom ever find out if i used her card? or should i tell her? t might be borderline illegal right? how much does paypal charge? any other details would be great thanks

paypal charges you a percentage of the dollar amount received from your buyers. It can be pretty high depending on what you are selling.
