Payment from Ebay affliate program?

I was recently a member of the Ebay Affliate program. My account was terminated due to non bona fide registrations or somethings like that. My question is don't they still have to pay me my money earned before my account was terminated?

NO -- because they assume that those earnings are a result of those "non bonafide registrations"  hence once kicked out from the program, all monies earned will be forfeited

This is the policy of all affiliate and advertising programs out there when the clicks or action required (in eBay, member registrations) turn out to be fraudulent

Read the agreement you signed when you joined up the program -- it's typically stated in the agreement
