Paypal Cliam and Refund?

I got an item on ebay which I had payed for (without knowing) through my Bank Account on Paypal. I thought I was going through my credit card but I wasn't too mad it was taken from my bank account. Any way I filed a claim with the seller and if they don't respond by the 15th, I apparently I get my money back. But I payed through with my bank account, its much easier through a credit card because you can stop the payment! I am afraid I won't get a refund because I used my bank account.

Paypal will deposit your money in your paypal account, if you wish to transfer it back to your bank , you can , this is all based on that paypal will agree with your claim,,

If Paypal agrees with your claim, they will credit the funds back to your Paypal account. You can then transfer the funds back to your bank account. It is better to pay by CC but Paypal normally finds in favor of the buyer.
