Paypal / Ebay troubles - Please help?

On July 8th I bought an item, the seller said it would ship on Julk 9th - I waited til the 13th (2-3 day shipping) and sent him an email saying my item should be here, did it ever get sent?? Now he has not responded to any of my 10 emails. I got an automated message on the 15th saying your item has shipped today, but who knwos really if it was, he wont respond! He has been getting terrible feedback since I bought the item (score of 68 - it was 100 when i purchased) & has stopped listing item, probably because no one in their right mind would but from someone with that low of feedback. But anyways i feel I have been scammed and I do not know what to do. Should I file a Paypal dispute and escalate it to a claim if I do not receive it in a week? SO confused! What do you think??

  1. You must claim to pay pal because you didn't receive the item...also...you must file a charge-back to the credit card used in your pay-pal..because you not received the item......I use pay-pal using my American express...one time i didn't receive my order..i claimed them and after 2 days i received my item because the warning of charge -back...do it before the transaction pass the 30 days....

    p.s I don't trust on e-bay...never buy from them.,....there is too many claims for situation like yours....
