Paypal Gift Card instant ?

Question

Need some money in my paypal account fast. If i go to publix and get a paypal gift card can i move the money to my paypal account and how long does it take ?

or is the gift card used on ebay so no paypal account needed ?

I think you can do both, but to be sure, call the Paypal customer service line.
