Paypal - How to give back payment someone has sent you ?

Had a bit of confusion over an Ebay item, someone has sent me payment although they will not be getting the item so I would like to reverse the payment to them, how do I do this ?

Your account in paypal has options that you can refund all or part of the payment.

If you just send the payment to them you both pay paypal fees again. Make sure you do the refund method.

You can also contact Paypals toll free number and ask them so that you do it correctly.

simply go to your paypal account in there website site and click on the send button to send it back to them
