Paypal: I added my credit card but I'm still unverified, help?

I already added my credit card for my paypal account, but it says for me to be verified i have to add my bank account.

I tried buying something online but I can't.

Do i have to add my bank account?

Contact them as to why your credit card number doesn't work.

I've been using them, credit card only, for years.

You have to click verify my account, they'll deposit or take out two small amounts and you have to tell them what the amounts were.
