Paypal Nightmare! HELP!!?

I placed a large $350 order and paid through paypal. This never turned up after a month so i made a claim, they then resent it and put the tracking details on the claim, parcel arrived HALF full! What do i do about the claim? Can i close ot then open a half goods received dipute? Paypal will look and see delivery done on the tracking website and just close dipute! So what can i do?? I want half my money back, help!

  1. There should be a way through paypal to dispute with 'goods significantly not as advertised'.  Even with delivery confirmation, they should have to get each person's side of the story before they make a decision.  In the meantime, don't remove the items that did arrive in the box.  

    Did you make the purchase on ebay?  You can request the seller's actual name and phone number.  You may also be able to get it through paypal.

    If you have a credit card linked to your paypal account and used this method to fund the purchase, you also have protection through that company.  

    I suggest calling Paypal's customer service number to start, and open a dispute that way.  Also call the credit card company, if applicable.
