Paypal Problem?

I added a credit card to my paypal account successfully. Then immediately removed it, then tried to re-add it and I then get the error that says it was denied by my bank that issued the card. Even though moments before I had added it successfully. Is there like an amount of time after removing it that you have to wait before re-adding it or something ? Thanks.

I use Safari on my Mac. Whatever you do, don't use it with Parental Controls. I haven't been able to access it in 8 months. Maybe it is due to Fraud.

I'd guess that by adding, then removing, then trying to re-add the card right away, you probably triggered some kind of fraud suspect notification. They might have figured you were just playing around with card numbers that weren't valid or weren't really yours. You might have to wait a few days and it will all clear itself up ... or you might have to contact your bank and/or Paypal to get this resolved.

(Why were you trying to do such a thing, anyway?)

im assuming your right its just like if you try to charge the same amount twice to a card it will deny it.

try again tomorrow and if it doesnt work then call paypal and they can fix it for you.;
