Paypal: Unrecieved item dispute?

I recently bought an item in ebay, and its been over 1 month and i havent recieved anything. I call, i e-mail the seller and nothing... So i opened/claimed a claim in paypal, but i dont know how that works.

It says

"On Sep 10, 2008, this dispute will automatically close unless you escalateit to a PayPal claim. By escalating to a claim, you are asking PayPal toreview the case and decide the outcome. We will remind you by email when the deadline is approaches. A closeddispute cannot be reopened or escalated to a PayPal claim. Thank you, PayPal Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and youwill not receive a response. For assistance, log in to your PayPal accountand click the Help link in the top right corner of any PayPal page."

If by september 10, the seller dosent ship the item will i get my money back?

  1. You need to dispute it with Paypal.  They will decide to give you the money back or not.  I would also start the dispute process with ebay immediately.  If you paid by credit card, call your credit card company and dispute it with them too.

    You will need to escalate it to a claim, since it will not do so on it's own.  Start the process now.
