Paypal and check questions?????????

Well I want to use paypal to send money to someone else, but i would like to know if I would be able to later on cancel that transaction? Also if my paypal is attached to my credit card would i be able to cancel a payment?Also can i cancel a check i wrote?

You cannot just cancel the transaction you would have to file a dispute.  If you use your credit card, you will most likely be able to cancel under certain circumstances by going through your credit card company depending on their rules and their relationship with paypal.  You can cancel a check that you write through your bank, but you will have to pay a nice fee and that is if it has not yet been cashed.
