Can you request a paypal chargeback for an item even though the paypal account that you paid to is now closed. The person I bought from has since closed their paypal account.

  1. You can request it, if the request is not honored, Pay Pal will notify you.


  2. Yes you can but doubt you will win the case.If you made a payment with credit card you have a better chance calling your credit company
