Paypal claim?

Question

i bought an item on ebay from a seller but have not received it nor gotten a response from the seller so i filled a claim against the seller on paypal. the seller had to respond by yesterday july 17 2008 and has not. Does this mean im getting my money back? or do i have to wait longer to get my money back?

If they have money in their account you'll get it back but if they don't you screwed.
