i dont have a credit card or laser card but i have a 3v card and a paypal account. i bought an item on ebay yesterday and today i bought a voucher and i registered it on paypal now i have to confirm it with a 4 digIT no. i dont have any c/d cards as ive already said will i get an email or what will happen??

log into 3v site with ur visa number.

that 4 digit code is to confirm ur card and stop getting a 1 euro charge only.
