I recently won and paid $107 dollars for a computer item. The seller never responded my dozens of email, neither sent my item. I contacted EBAY and ebay said that I am covered by PAYPAL $200 protection plan. As usual I left a negative feedback for this seller. Ebay took this listing off and closed his account. Paypal started inquiry and got back to me with a favorable decision to me. Guess what? They send me an email stating they are unable to recup my money from the seller - so I might not get anything from PAYPAL. If in the future the seller comes back they will get the money for me. Go figure. What a business. My money is gone, the seller is gone and Paypal is enjoying their commissions and cheating thousands of innocent victims like me. I dont know I should take action thru lawyers - not for my money - but this kind of practise must stop in America. If you are a victim of PAYPAL legal mumbo-jumbo paper work - I think we should bring a class action lawsuit against PAYPAL

  1. I've never had this problem with paypal. As this happened to me once and Paypal refunded my money. Paypal buyer protection is to cover you whether or not they can get it back from the seller. I truely believe paypal is a very reputable company and have never lost money from them.  In a way it was probably your fault as well as I'm sure you weren't the only one who had this happen and they probably had the feedback to prove it.

Ebay will not kick someone off for a first time offense.
