Ok so I received a dispute from this person saying he didnt receive the item, even tho delivery confirmation says it was delivered. (his address is confirmed too) There's nothing else I can do to help him out and they've placed a hold on my account.. In my reply I basically told him I sent it and that USPS website shows it was delivered to that address! I'm gonna wait and see what he says but if he doesn't back down should I escalate his dispute into a claim since I have proof I actually sent the stuff? They would rule in my favor right/.

  1. Did you request a receipt from the Postal Service when they delivered the item? If not in the future be sure to. If you have proof then the customer is trying to steal it from you. I would check with Pay Pal and go from there to include civil or legal, and may be even both. I am sure that if you show PayPal the receipt then they will release the money to you. Remember that this is why we use PayPal and it protects both parties
