  1. turn in your delivery confirmation to paypal and they should decide in your favor make sure that you let them know asap that you have proof, so you don't end up losing money.

  2. paypal will send you an email just tell them what happened and send them your conformation number from usps and they will find in your favor

  3. See what the rating is on the buyer.  The only thing about a confirmed address is that the address matched on the credit card address that was given to paypal.  I had the same problem and I landed up just losing what I sold on ebay.

  4. If the address and the signature match the person who originally ordered the item, then you have all the proof you need. If the name doesn't match who ordered it but it was delivered to the correct address, again I believe that you have all the proof that you need to get paid for the sale.

  5. Did the person sign or was it regular delivery (no signature) required?  I'd file a dispute with the post office and tell them the person did not receive the package...what happened?  Maybe they can do some research.

Maybe the person didn't get it especially if they share property with others but it is their fault but you will bear the responsibility since you can't prove this.
