Paypal dispute?

hi i recently sold a phone on ebay that i found. the paypal buyer recently opened a dispute saying i did not tell her it was found and not bought. what should i do? thanks.

You found a phone then sold it?....you hard up for cash?

Save the arguments. Contact the buyer and arrange to get the phone back/ give money back. You didn't mention if phone worked or not.

Return the money. You had no right to sell the phone. You could have brought it to the cell phone provider and they could have found the owner with the serial number.

Give her the money back. My phone comapnies doesn't allow people to set up an account with a stolen phone.

What is there to dispute, return the money to the buyer and turn the phone over to someone who may be able to contact the owner/
