Paypal ebay problem?

so like i am selling some items on ebay and when i go to submit it ebay says that i need to verify a bank account on paypal. i went to go verify it but it says i can because that bank account is already being used by another paypal member. well i only have on account and i have had that bank account set up on paypal for like a year. please help me! i need to sell my items!
