Paypal fraud +closing account?

I sold a service over the internet, the "buyer" paid me, this was a month ago. now he wants me to return "his" money. I just want to close my account, can i do that? what if after i close my account the buyer file a claim? what would happen?

happened to me, virtual items do not
get covered by paypal && you will lose
the case if he files the complaint.

not too sure, the consquences of a closed account,
check there terms.
