i had a verified account two weeks ago now its says unverified what happen ?

What type of account was verified?  This should not happen with a checking account, but with credit card accounts, often the expiration date of the card will pass and the account will no longer be verified.  If this is what happeded, then all you need to do is reverify the account with the new expiration date.  But not having any other information to go on here, I may be totally off the mark.  You might want to repost this question and provide more detail if this doesn't do it for you.
