Paypal insurance?

hey, I'm going to buy my first item of ebay (GTA 4) and was wondering if i get scammed how does the insurance thing work with paypal, please explain.

If it is under $50 then don't bother with the insurance as long as you pay with a credit card because credit cards cover at least the first $50 without question. Also, check the feedback rating of the seller. If they have a high rating with no negatives then I would also skip the insurance. Now, if you were buying a gold Rolex or something...
