Paypal is a free service or not?

i want to know if the the service of paypal or if you sign up to paypal is free that you do not need to pay for thier services?

Of course it's not free!

And they have a terrible track record: Their motto should be "The customer is never right."

Paypal is a free service to set up and to use to buy stuff but if you sell anything eg via ebay and buyer pays via paypal, then paypal take a small fee ( this is done automatically). depending on how much the buyer sent you it's only a few pence.

I use it all the time over the last 4 years.
