ok so im selling something on ebay

i payed my fee with discover card

but it says that i take paypal only

what is paypal

and do i have to sign up for it

how do i sign up for it

can i put a certain amount of money

and can i convert paypal money into cash

PayPal is a very safe way to send and recieve money INSTANTLY.  I use it on eBay all the time.  I also pay my eBay fees through there.  It's attached to my bank so if I need funds I can make a deposit and it's ready for more shopping!  After the inital sign-up it may take a week to get everything all finialized and confirmed.  it's quick and easy.  You won't be sorry you signed up..you'll wonder why you didn' t do it sooner!  Lots of online stores now accept PayPal too!  Good Luck!

Paypal is a company by eBay.

You have to sign up for it. You can have a checking account or credit card hooked up to it. When you sell something, Money gets transferred into your paypal account. From there you can then transfer it into your checking account.
