U require funds somehow in your acct to pay .

Well they donot accept a check or cash.

So now u have a few options, either use a credit/debit card or u can link to your checking acct.

Or if someone sends some funds to your paypal acct for any of your services or products or something other, then u can get the funds to pay with paypal.

But yep u have to have fund to pay !!
