Paypal refused payment?

Question

I sold my first item on ebay but refused the payment by mistake and am unsure on what to do now. Should I request the buyer resends the payment?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes.  Appogise and explain what has happened.  Just ask them to check that it has been cancelled before resending.  Otherwise look suspicious that you want them to send it twice.

eBay manage good customer relation. If you refused the payment it must be returned to the buyer. So as a good seller you can ask the buyer to send the payment again.
