If i request 270$ for service from someone and they pay the amount. Is there anyone they could get a refund of that 270?

  1. Yes-- If you do not supply the goods/service that they were paying for they can dispute the charge with PayPal.


  2. I have had a similar problem. Go to pay-pal and get a contact phone number. Call them, they are very helpful. If you get an email that looks like it is from pay pal..... make sure it has your name in the email. If Not, IT"S NOT PAY PAL...it's a scam.
