Pc game software won't download

Question

pc game (bounty) won't install on my computer. I have Windows VIsta and when I try to install it says "HPCS program no longer running" and that's it. The game came with a peice of paper that says if I have trouble installing this,and get a message about can't install then just click the ignore button,but I don't get that message. I get the above message and think it's tied into or is "start_here.exe". Can you help me?? It says to contact best buy for any problems with the software. I bought 9 games and they are all having this problem.
