Pc pictures wont play on dvd player?

Question

If i burn my pics to dvd on my pc they will not play on a ordanairy dvd player.

The data on the dvd can be read by any pc though.

I have tried a few dvd players even expensive ones that say dvd+ rw ?

Not all DVD players can play back photos. You need to look for the 'JPEG' mark on the front of your DVD player. If it's not there, then check the manual.

When you put the photo disk into the DVD player, what message to you get on the tv or front display?

check your not burning them as data discs..!
