Pc problem. my pc won't boot. the screen is totally black, there is power but flopppy disk drive

my pc won't boot. the screen is totally black, there is power but flopppy disk drive light is on which i think is not normal. i don't hear any beep sound. but seems to me it is booting normally but just that the screen is black. i check all the cables but the problem never really solve
