  1. do a windows repair with the windows disc that came with your system. Put the disc in, and boot to the cd, and then choose install, and then repair. Do not choose the first repair option for this. It will put all the system files back to what they were originally.

  2. It probably has something to do of a software or hardware driver installed because of that happening you'll have to contact your system administrator and reinstall the Operating system hope this helps!

  3. Xp, Vista, or what type of personal computer (PC)?

  4. There are many problems that may be occuring. The simplest would be that you have some sort of virus that is continually restarting your machine. This may take a while to clean off if that is the case, but it may not be. It may also be the hard drive, power supply or motherboard getting ready to fail. If this is the case you should back up EVERYTHING you want to keep and take it to a proffesional to check. If none of these are a problem it could be where you are plugging your computer in. If you are using a surge protector to run power to your computer it may be about to go. I hope these suggestions help.

  5. Check your power supply. It could be ready to fail on you. Have system checked by a technician.
