Pc tracker?or just slow pc ?

Who can help me help my friend she thinks she has a tracker on her pc that ?

her ex may have put on before they parted as he seems to know everything she is doing who with where and when and as she uses her pc for contact with all her mates that the obvious thing ,her pc is working very slowly too how can we see if she is being tracked and how do we remove it please she is scared to go near her pc and can't afford a new one thank you in advance
