  1. Not sure if you have tried this yet or not but PCOS is caused by insulin resistance so make sure you are watching those carbs and sugar intake.  If you take away the breads, pastas, sweets, cereals and rice and watch pop intake and how much sugar you use in coffee and tea then chances are you will notice you feel better and lose weight and may actually get control of your cycles back.  It can take 3-6 months of doing it but it is well worth it in the end if you have a little baby growing inside you.

I have PCOS diagnosed at 19 and now 10 years later I am due with my third son.  Nothing worked and I had pretty much given up, lost 50 lbs by dropping the carbs and got pregnant shortly after.  If I eat the carbs I gain weight and periods get wacky but if I watch the carbs I ovulate and have more regular cycles and get pregnant.  My cousin is the same way, she went on the carb restrictions too after I got pregnant doing it and she is now pregnant with her second son.
