Pda's with OPTIONAL cell phone usage?

i want a handheld gadget (thing) that i can go on the internet and myspace that has a camera and i if i wanted to i could hook it up with a cell phone network if i wanted. the camera should be pretty reasonable and the internet should be reasonable too! if you know of a gadget then tell me what i would need for internet and camera like for example; wifi or something

Nothing really like that, but the closest would be the HP RX3715. It has wifi, sd card slot(sdhc support via a simple hack). And I think you can get a SD phone adapter or something to give it phone support. There is also skype support. It has a solid camera also. But then there is all those smartphones like the, Nokia E61i, N95, Samsung i780, HTC Touch and Wing(not Wings a little different of a device but also meets your needs).
