What is a good handheld Device that you can store all your meetings and things in without it being a cellphone.

Go to palm.com  or go to ebay.  I have m125 palm, I have had it for years.

Palm's z22 retails for about $99 and it's a great little thing. You can even put games on it should you want to. I had it before upgrading to the Centro. It has all the basic functionality - calendar, contacts, memos, etc. Syncs easily to Outlook, or it comes with Palm Desktop which basically does the same thing (without email, of course).
