Peak fertility on CBFM when do i ovulate?

Question

I had high fertility yesterday and the day before and have had EWCM yesterday and today and then today i got a peak reading on my fertility monitor. Does this mean i will ovulate within the next 24-48 hours or that i ovulate today? Also i am charting my bbt and it hasnt shown that i ovulated yet...help!?!?!?! I have been using the cbfm for 4 months and charting for my second, ttc for 10mos.

If this is your 4th month with the FM, you'll probably ovulate tomorrow as today's high should be the only one you get this cycle. You might get a high tomorrow or a low; again this depends on how similar the past 3 months were as to how quickly the FM has learnt your pattern. But be sure to BD tonight and tomorrow! Then I think you'll get a BBT spike on Monday morning. Good luck!

Once it detects your LH surge, you get your peak fertility reading, and ovulation will occur 24-36 hours later. You will also have peak fertility tomorrow, and one more day of high fertility after ovulation, as your egg can live for 12-24 hours after ovulation. Good luck and lots of baby dust! I just got my peak fertility reading Thursday and Friday, and today is my one extra day of high fertility, so fingers and toes crossed for both of us!!! How exciting!!
