  1. A CBFM isn't a 100% indicator of determining if ovulation occurs.  Remember a Peak on the CBFM means ovulation is really close and your temp will not rise until you have already ovulated.  Also for some women it can take up to 48 hours after ovulation for their temp to actually rise.  So you may have ovulated recently and it is taking some time for your temp to rise or you may be ready to ovulate.  If your temp doesn't rise and stay elevated then you may want to speak to a doctor to find out for sure if you are ovulating.  Best wishes!!!

  2. This is normal. You SHOULD have a peak on the day before ovulation, then a 'nothing' day with no peak but still low temps (that's the day of ovulation itself, today) and THEN your temps should rise. In fact, what are you doing sitting at the computer? You should be in bed right now :) LOL

    Good luck!!!
