Peanut Ghost?

When I was little we had a ghost who lived in our closet who we affectionately called "mr. p**p." He looked like Mr. Peanut from the planters ads and would come out and dance at night. Anyone ever seen anything like that?

  1. I have seen a dancing Mr. Peanut, but it was a person in a costume. However, if a little paranormal thing came dancing out of my closet, I would prefer it to be a Mr. Peanut type of character rather than a piece of p**p, because that just leads to uncomfortable questions. Is it my p**p that has somehow become animated? Or someone else's? Or is it ghost p**p? Is it going to leave a trail that I need to clean up? The mind reels.

  2. What the heck are you smoking there boy?

  3. What's not to believe in that question?Mr p**p lived in a closet and liked to dance.Sounds reasonable,to me.No I've never seen anything like that.

  4. Interestingly, what Wush had to say was sort of where I would have went but just not as far in the direction he did.

I would not be surprised if the "closet monster" you just happen to have was friendly rather than scary and to seek interaction and your attention he could have easily taken on a form that you would recognize and associate positive feelings toward.

In that manner, you would easily give him the attention he was seeking and he could ensure that you would keep giving him the attention because you didn't get frightened away.

  5. Wow!! Did u get pictures of it????? Did it have facial features??

  6. No.  What would have happened if you'd had a peanut allergy?.

  7. Yes, I have, but nothing so dramatic. Imagine a little yellow fountain...

  8. I am guessing that mr. p**p was just a way to deal with childhood fears of things in the closet and stuff. If you had a comical peanut named mr. p**p who danced for you, you wouldn't have to be afraid of monsters and ghosts.

If you remember mr. p**p as being a real creature, then you probably just have a vivid imagination and have confused your imagination with real life in your memory of the situation.

As you state in the additional information. Southpark stole the "idea". If it was a real ghost, you would not have thought up its features.

  9. Wow, that's creepy, i'm scared of Mr. p**p now. I'm not gonna sleep tonight, i'm gonna have nightmares. What are you on?

  10. Sounds like you've been watching South Park while under the influence.
