Peanut-Royal Blue Beanie Baby?

I am looking for this beanie baby. I know it's rare, but am willing to pay atleast $75-$100 for it. Since the beanie baby market has declined, that's around what it's worth now. I have literally checked everywhere and ebay's prices are WAY to high. If anyone knows where I can buy or find one in my price range I would appreciate it. Thanks for your time.
